What you will do

• Own the entire acquisition funnel from first touchpoint to the first loan disbursement.
• Scale and optimize paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance platforms.
• Manage and reallocate the acquisition budget based on ROAS, LTV/CAC, and payback profitability.
• Collaborate with Product and Risk teams to optimize in-app lifecycle flows (signup, KYC, onboarding) for low-risk segments.
• Design and execute a scalable referral engine strategy and structured experimentation frameworks for creatives and audiences.
• Lead and manage a team of 6+ members in a player-coach capacity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing for B2C mobile applications.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, LTV/CAC, and payback periods.
• Hands-on expertise in managing paid media and optimizing in-app conversion funnels.
• Experience building strategic partnerships and scaling referral programs.
• Previous experience leading teams of 6+ members.
• Must be based in Mexico
