What you will do

• Define roadmaps and establish procedures for new technology process modules.
• Select and develop materials and equipment to meet quality, yield, and productivity requirements.
• Plan and conduct experiments to characterize processes throughout the development cycle.
• Drive improvements in process stability, safety, and ergonomics.
• Establish process control systems and sustain modules through volume ramp.
• Train production engineers and support new factory start-ups and production line qualifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of experience in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Proven experience in Semiconductor Engineering.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers.
• Strong problem-solving skills using statistical knowledge and formal engineering tools.
• Ability to work in a high-performing team culture with a high sense of urgency.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in a semiconductor factory as a technician or engineer.
• Expertise in statistics and experimental design for tool matching and qualification.
• Advanced technical troubleshooting experience.
