What you will do

• Perform precision machining and CNC programming on CAM systems for complex parts, fixtures, and assemblies.
• Plan, fixture, and layout jobs while maintaining extremely tight tolerances (.0001-.0002).
• Ensure the inspection and quality of all work performed.
• Collaborate with Design Draftsmen and Manufacturing Engineers to solve technical issues.
• Make technical decisions regarding tooling, set-up, and inspection methods when defined instructions are absent.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a diversified machinist.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; ability to follow English instructions and perform basic math.
• Ability to work 2nd Shift hours (2:15 PM – 10:45 PM).
• Must enroll in the F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program for Safety Sensitive Work.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.

• Previous CAD/CAM experience.
