What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives.
• Operationalize Generative AI solutions and integrate AI-assisted workflows into the software development lifecycle.
• Define and evolve roadmaps, OKRs, and KPIs to ensure measurable business value.
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication to align technical and operational decisions.
• Support change management through training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Squad Leader in technology environments.
• Proven experience leading software delivery projects using agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership by influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of AI governance, Spec-Driven Development, or AI literacy initiatives.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native environments.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
