What you will do

• Program manage the full lifecycle of design changes for data center network infrastructure (Inside and Outside Plant), from BOM development through implementation.
• Coordinate design activities across client teams, contractors, field teams, and material vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Track design change deliverables and performance against schedule and financial goals, driving necessary improvements.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve design coordination, project tracking, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Work with internal stakeholders to accurately forecast and plan for all CE design projects, including new builds and retrofits.
• Provide regular portfolio updates highlighting deliverable timelines, costs, and project status.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• 2 years of experience working with Design Connectivity.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proficiency with G-suite, SharePoint, BIM360, P6, and ACC.
• Basic knowledge of data center engineering or construction.
• Working knowledge of LEAN tools such as Kanban, Gemba, or Pull Planning.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Construction, Technology, or Customer Service industries.
• Experience with construction project management systems like Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, or Newforma.
