Salary: $181,100 – $318,400

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable services for identity management, including authentication and adaptive MFA.
• Build and maintain high-performance REST and RPC APIs with strong contract enforcement.
• Lead architectural decisions and design discussions for large-scale distributed systems.
• Integrate ML and Generative AI capabilities into identity workflows for anomaly detection.
• Improve system observability, reliability, and latency through deep technical contributions.
• Collaborate with QE and platform teams to evolve CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically with large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, multi-threading, non-blocking I/O, and data caching.
• Experience designing and implementing high-performant REST/RPC services.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, FIDO2/WebAuthn).
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience productionizing ML systems, including model serving and feature pipelines.
• Expertise in shift-left quality practices, integration testing, and contract testing.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and large-scale infrastructure.
