What you will do

• Review discovery transcripts and client materials to determine project requirements.
• Assess whether to build, buy, or integrate solutions based on evidence and hands-on testing.
• Evaluate vendors and platforms through technical demos to validate capabilities.
• Package research findings into clean, actionable formats for Sales Engineering.
• Identify new AI blocks and market trends to guide Product Engineering roadmaps.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the evolving AI tooling landscape.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in research, technical analysis, or applied AI.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, automation platforms, voice AI, and integration layers.
• Hands-on technical ability to build demos and stress-test vendor claims.
• Strong written communication skills for client-facing documentation.
• Ability to make clear recommendations under uncertainty and tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Colombia.
