AI Engineer (E-commerce)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga. (Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote; Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options).

Salary: 3,300–5,200 EUR/month gross

• Rapidly validate AI ideas and transform POCs into production-grade systems.
• Design and build innovative AI infrastructure with a focus on security and observability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with backend systems, preferably in Python or JavaScript.
• Proven knowledge of building LLM-based systems and prompt engineering.
• Experience working with relational or non-relational databases.
• Strong understanding of the intersection between infrastructure and code.
• Must be located in or able to work from one of the company hubs (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga).

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning.
• Experience with n8n or similar automation platforms.
• Skills in distributed systems, event-driven system design, and performance optimization.
• Experience with frontend development.
