Salary: $148,000–$216,000 USD (US) / 171,500–201,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do
- Design and build platform-level continuous test infrastructure for iOS and Android that scales automatically.
- Implement AI-driven failure classification to reduce noise and prioritize signals to cut time-to-fix.
- Develop agentic quality automation and net-new AI skills to replace manual engineering tasks.
- Create data pipelines for mobile performance and quality telemetry into dashboards and alert systems.
- Manage infrastructure for baselining, monitoring, and debugging mobile API behavior in CI.
- Collaborate with Mobile, Backend, and Release teams to embed AI-native quality practices throughout the PDLC.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- Strong engineering roots in iOS and/or Android development.
- Fluency in directing AI agents using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLM tool use, or agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Bedrock Agents.
- Ability to work across the stack, including mobile instrumentation, backend pipelines, and CI/CD systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
