What you will do

• Design and build platform-level continuous test infrastructure for iOS and Android that scales automatically.
• Implement AI-driven failure classification to reduce noise and prioritize signals to cut time-to-fix.
• Develop agentic quality automation and net-new AI skills to replace manual engineering tasks.
• Create data pipelines for mobile performance and quality telemetry into dashboards and alert systems.
• Manage infrastructure for baselining, monitoring, and debugging mobile API behavior in CI.
• Collaborate with Mobile, Backend, and Release teams to embed AI-native quality practices throughout the PDLC.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong engineering roots in iOS and/or Android development.
• Fluency in directing AI agents using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLM tool use, or agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Bedrock Agents.
• Ability to work across the stack, including mobile instrumentation, backend pipelines, and CI/CD systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
