What you will do

• Continuously engage with users to understand the problem space and design experiments to test hypotheses.
• Translate quarterly objectives into actionable backlogs grounded in usage data and customer research.
• Define key results and maintain feedback loops to track product adoption and success.
• Partner with interaction designers and engineering leads to prototype and iterate on valuable solutions.
• Represent product strategy and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with product marketing to ensure successful launch readiness and positioning.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience with a focus on discovery and outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and form testable hypotheses.
• Must be based in the United States due to US-specific benefits and labor law compliance.
• Experience with SaaS products in institutional, campus, or healthcare environments.
• Genuine curiosity and ability to build trust across distributed teams.
