What you will do
- Build and maintain a cross-segment benchmark library for membership penetration, service mix, and growth trajectories.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly trend reports for PSMs, sales, and marketing teams to ensure data-driven decisions.
- Provide the analytical engine for the "Practice 360" strategic bet to make customer engagements more credible and specific.
- Generate high-impact industry stats and customer outcome data for external marketing purposes.
- Analyze practice patterns to provide data-backed inputs for the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting-to-startup path or early BizOps/Strategy & Ops roles.
- Proven experience building reporting frameworks or benchmarking methodologies from scratch (greenfield experience).
- Must be based in the US.
- Strong analytical rigor with the ability to write clean queries and translate complex data into a compelling story.
- AI-native workflow, utilizing tools like Claude for synthesis and analysis acceleration.
- Ability to earn cross-functional credibility and translate insights into action across various departments.
