What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initial intake and planning to final delivery and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive project briefs and establish standardized practices, including SLAs and SOPs.
• Manage team workflows and assign tasks to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
• Proactively identify risks and establish contingency plans to ensure project stability.
• Oversee production and team budgets, including the coordination of social content productions.
• Optimize and manage project management tools, specifically Asana, for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative marketing projects, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience in marketing is a MUST.
• Proven ability to develop project briefs, workflows, and formal intake processes.
• Proficiency in scoping, resourcing, and defining risks for creative projects.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to align project results with marketing KPIs and provide rigorous performance reporting.

• Experience managing sprints or utilizing other Agile processes.
