What you will do

• Lead line development from concept through build and ramp across multiple process and equipment technologies.
• Develop and scale processes for thermal interface materials, thermal gap fillers, pottants, and associated handling systems.
• Design surface treatment processes for plastics and metals, including plasma/corona treatment and chemical cleaning.
• Specify and qualify advanced joining processes such as ultrasonic welding, laser welding, and brazing.
• Collaborate with OEMs and equipment suppliers through design, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and validation.
• Implement and optimize production-scale manufacturing equipment and in-line inspection systems for quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial automation, chemical handling, or high-volume manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, SPC, Cp/Cpk studies, and tools like Minitab or JMP.
• Demonstrated ability to run DoE’s and implement PFMEA’s and control plans.
• Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, PLCs, and vision systems.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and root cause methodologies (8D, DMAIC).
