What you will do

• Support and mentor junior manufacturing engineers.
• Manage the Slip Ring production line and coordinate with outsource vendors.
• Oversee manufacturing process development, including tooling, labor standards, and facility layout.
• Review and respond to requests for quotes on new orders.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical design reviews for manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, specifically ITAR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or related role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively across internal and external business disciplines.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information (ITAR).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
