Salary: $95,000 - $115,000

What you will do
- Manage periodic financial results and drive continuous improvement in forecasting and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain budget functionality in Workday Adaptive Planning for corporate items.
- Provide KPI-driven financial guidance to support informed decision-making across the business.
- Collaborate with IT and Accounting to streamline reporting and ensure GAAP compliance.
- Support the production of monthly and quarterly presentations for the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Partner with Operations to support budgeting and reporting for headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or business partnering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial reporting applications.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting systems, specifically Adaptive Planning.
- Ability to work with large data sets and communicate strategic insights effectively.
- Must be able to work on-site at the corporate headquarters in Del Mar, CA.
