What you will do

• Follow and author documented procedures to calibrate systems and meet product goals.
• Design and manage strategic interfaces within Vehicle Calibration and Engine Controls.
• Lead troubleshooting activities for complex system issues across multiple programs.
• Support root cause analysis and identify calibration vulnerabilities with mitigation plans.
• Train new calibration engineers on standard processes and best practices.
• Lead requirements development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of powertrain systems and engineering theory.
• Experience with data acquisition and analysis on complex problems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate test vehicles.

Nice to have

• Master of Science in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with in-vehicle testing.
• Experience with INCA/ETAS data acquisition tools.
• Automotive OEM experience.
