Salary: $97,600 - $206,400 per year

What you will do
- Perform analytics and modeling to evaluate compensation plan performance and support business decision-making.
- Analyze incentive compensation designs to assess legal, financial, and operational risks.
- Develop data-based recommendations using mathematical and statistical methods to quantify business impact.
- Create sales performance reports and data visualizations for leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders to align compensation plans and quotas with business priorities and desired seller behaviors.
- Synthesize field feedback from rhythm of business (ROB) reviews to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, business management, finance, or sales strategy.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience influencing and partnering with stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve unstructured problems.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience in statistical forecasting using SQL, R, Python, or Azure Stack.
- 3+ years of experience partnering directly with Sales organizations.
- Experience working within the technology industry.
- 3+ years of project or program leadership experience.
