What you will do

• Develop and manage schedules for radiologists and staff to ensure proper coverage across all sites, departments, and reading rooms.
• Maintain scheduling systems, templates, vacation calendars, and on-call rotations.
• Communicate staffing changes, training, and coverage adjustments to physicians and hospitals in a timely manner.
• Monitor real-time operational performance and staffing needs, preparing detailed attendance reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address and resolve service level challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (E-verify participating employer).
• 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare-related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Ability to maintain composure and sound judgment in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
