What you will do

  • Manage software development roadmaps and oversee the lifecycle of software products from conception to release.
  • Define functional requirements and technical specifications in coordination with product managers and engineers.
  • Plan and ensure the timely performance of design reviews and development with engineering leads.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with technical product engineers and QA analysts.
  • Support sales and customer engagements through technical demonstrations and security reviews.
  • Oversee the publication of product documentation and manage internal and external product communications.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and EEO compliance).
  • Proficiency in API design and testing.
  • Database design skills and basic SQL query ability.
  • Experience with workflow analysis and diagramming.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical audiences and corporate stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools in design and testing processes.
  • Design experience with software systems that include AI components.
  • Subject matter expertise in healthcare operations.
