What you will do

• Own the test-and-learn infrastructure to optimize outreach modalities and agentic AI solutions for voice and text.
• Design and execute high-velocity A/B tests across SMS, phone, mail, and email channels.
• Partner with Business and Impact Analytics to define success metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Write detailed user stories and develop short- and long-term product roadmaps.
• Create feedback loops for human QA teams to ensure the reliability of scaled AI outreach products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
• Must be located within the United States.
• 5+ years of experience managing A/B testing programs in consumer or patient engagement, ideally in healthcare.
• Hands-on experience optimizing agentic or conversational AI (prompt engineering, dialogue optimization, agent tuning).
• Strong analytical fluency in experimental design, power calculations, and statistical interpretation.

Nice to have

• Experience with EHR data integration and applicable data standards (e.g., FHIR).
• Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL) and A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or Braze.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets.
