What you will do

• Build and implement statistical and machine learning models through all development phases, from design to validation.
• Develop analytical projects across the consumer credit lifecycle, including acquisition and collections.
• Use SQL, PySpark, Python, and AWS to derive insights from large-scale datasets.
• Design acquisition strategies, segmentation, and decision rules.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to define analysis parameters and performance measures.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and presentations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in statistical/quantitative analysis and Machine Learning within the Credit Lending industry.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience building scalable pipelines.
• Practical experience in predictive model development using Python, R, or SAS.
• Domain expertise in financial services, specifically credit risk modeling and decisioning lifecycles.
• Experience with model deployment, productionization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
