What you will do

• Extract, transform, and aggregate data using Python and SQL via dbt.
• Conduct exploratory data analyses and build machine learning models in Jupyter and Python.
• Develop statistical models and design data-driven experiments such as A/B tests.
• Visualize key business metrics using Tableau to drive decision-making for Sales and Marketing.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine the evolving data model.
• Deploy production-ready code and ML infrastructure using GitLab.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• 5-8 years of experience in a data-related role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and pandas.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, ML models, and ML infrastructure.
• Experience with data modeling, relational databases, and OLAP stores.
• Must be based in New York, NY to accommodate the hybrid office schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services and alternative investments.
• Expertise in product or marketing analytics, including CLTV, CAC, and conversion funnels.
