What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into key business performance metrics.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Standardize reporting processes to improve data accessibility and reliability across the organization.
• Contribute to data governance initiatives to ensure high data integrity and consistency.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or finance.
• Must be based in Boston, MA or Houston, TX.
• Proven track record of building reports and delivering insights that influence business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel modeling.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce.

• Experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Background in SaaS or technology environments.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and data validation.
