What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships at the executive level.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and expansion within assigned accounts.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support to ensure the successful delivery of client solutions.
• Deeply analyze client business needs to define solutions and oversee the implementation and onboarding process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in account management or relationship management within the FinTech industry.
• Strong understanding of financial services, banking, payments, and the insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Computer Science (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
