What you will do

• Own NPI deliverables including product characterization, test operation, qualification, and manufacturability.
• Execute strategic product cost and quality improvements.
• Partner with design, DFT/DFM, process, and test teams to optimize performance across Wafer Sort, Final Test, and SLT.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance new product development methodology and align cross-functional engineering teams.
• Prepare and present technical summaries and updates to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years experience (or Master's/PhD with 5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest 93K, Teradyne) and SLT for silicon debug and root cause analysis.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and strategic cost management.
• Proficiency in applied statistics for product characterization and tools like JMP and SiliconDash.
• Solid background in test methodology, silicon process, package, and DFT/DFM.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law (EAR).
