What you will do

  • Design and develop GTM automations and AI-powered systems for prospect identification.
  • Build data enrichment and personalized messaging workflows using Clay, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
  • Operate as the technical expert for CRM systems including Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Manage technical escalations for regional sales and marketing automation failures.
  • Drive A/B experiments and pilots to increase operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Integrate engagement and intent signals into the CRM for actionable sales insights.

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience in a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
  • Proficiency with Clay, Zapier/n8n, Salesforce, or Hubspot.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a hyper-growth environment.
