Salary: $170k – $230k

What you will do

• Build new user-facing experiences for a world-class Customer Support platform.
• Scale internal infrastructure to handle high volumes of complex technical and logistics support needs.
• Design and implement intelligent AI-powered automations to resolve thousands of customer issues per hour.
• Lead solutions end-to-end, from translating ambiguous business problems to delivery and experimentation.
• Collaborate with the CX team to balance development speed, product impact, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high-growth startups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of building end-to-end product experiences and scaling high-scale backend systems.
• Must be based within commuting distance of SF, Seattle, LA, or New York hubs.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to ship high-quality platform initiatives quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Elixir, and/or Postgres.
