Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Salary: $110,500 – $130,000

What you will do

• Lead project meetings, maintain master budgets, and track timelines to ensure client objectives are met.
• Coordinate project reports and design reviews across conceptual, schematic, and construction phases.
• Oversee the selection and contracting process for consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices to advise management on project financial health.
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators.
• Participate in the marketing and presentation of services to prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in project management.
• Ability to travel 50% to various job sites.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and technical project documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
