• Partner with hiring teams to define technical and creative staffing needs, team dynamics, and role requirements.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop creative outreach and engagement strategies through sourcing and networking.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates for long-term growth.
• Stay current on industry hiring trends, tools, and best practices in tech and games.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on the games industry.
• Proven experience recruiting for gameplay programming, game design, and technical art roles.
• Deep knowledge of the games industry landscape, tools, and production pipelines.
• Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Breezy) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must be based in the U.S. and align with Pacific Time (PST) core hours.

• Prior experience working in an entertainment studio or creative tech environment.
