What you will do

• Build and maintain fit blocks for key styles to serve as a foundation for future garment development.
• Manage the end-to-end fit process from the first prototype through to bulk production.
• Develop and update detailed technical spec pages to ensure accuracy and consistency across categories.
• Conduct fit sessions and provide detailed technical comments to international vendors and factories.
• Collaborate with merchandising and sourcing teams to align product fit with customer and sales data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pattern and construction issues to meet company quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a technical designer with deep category expertise.
• Comprehensive understanding of pattern making, garment construction, and grading.
• Proficiency in pattern making software, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in the San Francisco office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
