What you will do

• Build fit blocks for key styles to serve as templates for future garment development.
• Manage the complete fit process from 1st Proto through to Bulk production.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical spec pages to ensure category consistency.
• Conduct fit sessions and provide technical revisions for vendors and factories.
• Collaborate with international technical teams to standardize fit processes abroad.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex pattern and construction issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a technical designer with deep category expertise.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and grading.
• Proficiency in pattern making software, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Must work onsite 5 days per week in the San Francisco office.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for full shifts.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
