What you will do

• Execute global training strategies and standards across APAC training centers.
• Provide senior leadership to regional teams, fostering capability development and engagement.
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to align training capacity with growth objectives and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with global quality benchmarks and regional regulatory/cultural requirements (ICAO, FAA, EASA).
• Embed global delivery principles including CBT, EBT, and ICAO's 9 competencies framework.
• Champion innovation using immersive technologies, data-driven personalization, and adaptive learning.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in aviation training or flight operations, including simulator-based instruction.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing large, multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license or equivalent.
• Instructor certification (e.g., CFI, Ground Instructor).
• Strong knowledge of global aviation regulatory frameworks (ICAO, FAA, EASA).
• Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Type ratings on relevant commercial or business aircraft.
• Experience leading training organizations within airlines or OEMs.
• Expertise with LMS, flight simulation systems, and VR/AR technologies.
• Proven success in managing training budgets and ROI forecasting.
• Familiarity with data analytics for training performance.
