What you will do

• Lead and develop the Strategy & Business Support team within the Product Unit EW.
• Define and drive the overarching business strategy and translate it into a specific PU strategy plan.
• Manage the Financial Business Plan, including budget and cost responsibilities.
• Oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Drive business support activities and bid execution to ensure high-quality, competitive offers.
• Ensure effective governance and processes while fostering a culture of transparency and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in driving strategic work and high-level initiatives.
• Leadership experience with direct personnel and budget responsibility.
• Solid understanding of technology and product development lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
