What you will do

• Translate strategic goals and OKRs into actionable operational roadmaps.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity, compliance, and consistent execution across departments.
• Manage financial activities including billing, collections, and budget optimization in collaboration with Finance.
• Prepare data-driven recommendations and manage the operational agenda for the CEO.
• Lead cross-functional projects and resolve bottlenecks to support company scaling.
• Facilitate leadership meetings and strengthen collaboration between key departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, or strategy.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-departmental initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with senior executives.
• Deep understanding of operations, finance, and execution strategy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with sound judgment.
