What you will do

  • Build lightweight playbooks and operational workflows to improve consistency.
  • Track progress and provide clear, concise updates to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, consulting, startups, or executive-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of supporting or working closely with senior executives.
  • Experience building processes in early-stage or scaling environments.
  • Strong ability to structure complex problems and drive execution independently.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams.
  • Good judgment in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
