What you will do

• Champion customer experience by leading support functions and resolving high-stakes cases.
• Manage internal office operations, vendor relations, and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in senior operations roles, preferably in tech or high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to scale operations across logistics, admin, and customer experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be based in Malaysia or open to relocation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
