What you will do

• Build and maintain fit blocks and technical spec pages for key styles to standardize future development.
• Manage the end-to-end fit process from initial prototype to bulk production.
• Conduct fit sessions and provide detailed technical comments to global vendors and factories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, sourcing, and production to ensure quality and consistency.
• Evaluate and revise paper and digital patterns to optimize garment fit and appeal.
• Troubleshoot pattern and construction issues to align products with company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a technical designer with deep category expertise.
• Comprehensive understanding of pattern making, garment construction, and grading.
• Proficiency in pattern making software, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the entire shift.
• Must work onsite in San Francisco; no remote or hybrid schedules are supported.
