What you will do

• Field inbound and outbound calls to customers to facilitate the End of Use process and equipment return.
• Manage administrative tasks, including creating RMAs and opening Return Orders to track serialized equipment.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment returns via UPS scheduling or field representative pickups.
• Review patient agreements and call reports to extract and verify contact information.
• Collaborate with field sales teams and stakeholders to ensure timely asset recovery.
• Navigate difficult customer conversations while providing prompt and accurate service.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid).
• Work Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM and Saturday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of demonstrated computer proficiency with strong MS 365 experience.
• 2+ years of professional customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bilingual skillset (English and Spanish).
