Salary: $47,000–$55,000

What you will do

• Perform catch-up bookkeeping for multiple small business clients simultaneously.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Categorize and organize financial transactions efficiently.
• Research and resolve complex financial discrepancies.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding missing information.
• Maintain organized documentation and track progress within workflow tools.

Requirements

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• Experience in an accounting firm or Client Advisory Services environment.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
