Location: Remote (Canada, United States)
Salary: $196,080 - $298,300 USD + equity + benefits (US candidates). $250,703 - $305,119 CAD + equity + benefits (Toronto and Vancouver based applicants). $233,989 - $284,778 CAD + equity + benefits (all other locations in Canada).

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy for user growth, with a primary focus on top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and early retention across web and mobile surfaces.
- Drive SEO-led growth for the web product, partnering with engineering, content, and data teams to improve discoverability, indexation, and organic traffic performance as a core acquisition channel.
- Manage ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional interdependencies in a fast-paced environment, doing what it takes to make the product successful.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to define, build, iterate, and scale growth experiences.
- Run structured experimentation across the funnel, using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Identify and unlock new growth levers; including referrals, lifecycle, and platform-specific opportunities to diversify channel mix and compound growth over time.
Requirements
- 6+ years combined experience in Product Management.
- Demonstrated experience driving user growth on a consumer product, with a track record of measurable impact on acquisition, activation, or retention metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level.
- Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and scale products through experimentation.
- Experience working on user-generated content (UGC) platforms, marketplaces, aggregators, or content-driven consumer products.
- Experience growing UGC products with heavy SEO traffic and a strong understanding of organic search as an acquisition channel.
Nice to have
- BA/BS degree in Statistics or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience ideal.
