TL;DR
Learning Operations Specialist (Docebo LMS): Owning the Learning Management System, supporting learners across the organisation, driving knowledge management, and providing reporting and operational insights with an accent on integration maintenance, mandatory training compliance, and first-line support. Focus on managing learning pathways, scheduling live sessions, and monitoring progress for decision-making.
Location: Fully remote (UK-based)
Salary: £35,000–£42,000 FTE (0.5 FTE over 4-5 days)

What you will do
- Review and maintain HRIS-Docebo integration, user groups, learning pathways, and assignment rules.
- Host and integrate digital learning content (SCORM) and manage mandatory training schedules, certifications, and escalations.
- Schedule live learning sessions, provide first-line learner support, and handle L&D communications via inbox and Slack.
- Monitor learning design requests, create basic support resources in Genially, and liaise with external vendors.
- Support knowledge management through Clinical Knowledge Hub and L&D intranet maintenance.
- Provide operational insights and reporting to monitor progress and aid decision-making.
Requirements
- UK-based for fully remote work
- Previous experience in a regulated environment
- Excellent organisational, communication, and data management skills
- Docebo LMS experience
- HRIS / HCM experience
- Google Suite experience, especially Google Sheets
- Slack experience
Nice to have
- HiBob experience
- Basic Articulate Rise experience
- Genially experience
- AI-supported workflow and process optimisation
- Previous experience in People Operations team
- Experience supporting associate workforce
