Learning Operations Specialist

Location: Fully remote (UK-based)

Salary: £35,000–£42,000 FTE (0.5 FTE over 4-5 days)

What you will do

• Review and maintain HRIS-Docebo integration, user groups, learning pathways, and assignment rules.
• Host and integrate digital learning content (SCORM) and manage mandatory training schedules, certifications, and escalations.
• Schedule live learning sessions, provide first-line learner support, and handle L&D communications via inbox and Slack.
• Monitor learning design requests, create basic support resources in Genially, and liaise with external vendors.
• Support knowledge management through Clinical Knowledge Hub and L&D intranet maintenance.
• Provide operational insights and reporting to monitor progress and aid decision-making.

Requirements

• UK-based for fully remote work
• Previous experience in a regulated environment
• Excellent organisational, communication, and data management skills
• Docebo LMS experience
• HRIS / HCM experience
• Google Suite experience, especially Google Sheets
• Slack experience

• AI-supported workflow and process optimisation
• Previous experience in People Operations team
• Experience supporting associate workforce
