What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, training, and documentation for internal users.
• Monitor system health, perform maintenance, and implement backup/disaster recovery strategies.
• Develop and maintain custom C#/.NET plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business teams to deliver enhancements.
• Manage support tickets and proactively resolve system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service); Must have Dual Write experience.
• Expertise in custom apps, system troubleshooting, maintenance, and support.
• Strong knowledge of entities, workflows, business process flows, Power Automate, and technical architecture.
• Experience with data management, integrations; comfortable working across Midwest locations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Nice to have

• Experience with D365 Business Central or D365 Finance & Operations.
