D365 CRM Developer / Technical Architect / Manager (Dynamics 365): Overseeing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules including Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service with Dual Write experience, ensuring system stability, performance, and alignment with business workflows. Focus on developing custom C#/.NET plugins, workflows, integrations, providing Tier 2/3 support, and technical leadership.
Remote, with preference for candidates based in the Midwest to allow easy access to the Chicago office. No sponsorship offered, not considering C2C arrangements.

What you will do
- Oversee daily operations of Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support, training, and documentation for internal users.
- Monitor system health, perform maintenance, and implement backup/disaster recovery strategies.
- Develop and maintain custom C#/.NET plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business teams to deliver enhancements.
- Manage support tickets and proactively resolve system issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service); Must have Dual Write experience.
- Expertise in custom apps, system troubleshooting, maintenance, and support.
- Strong knowledge of entities, workflows, business process flows, Power Automate, and technical architecture.
- Experience with data management, integrations; comfortable working across Midwest locations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
Nice to have
- Experience with D365 Business Central or D365 Finance & Operations.
