Salary: $188,000 – $275,000

What you will do

• Design and optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows across NetSuite and connected ecosystems.
• Configure and maintain Sales Orders, Invoices, Credit Memos, and Payment Applications.
• Support complex billing logic for subscription, milestone, and usage-based revenue models.
• Implement NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) configurations for ASC 606 compliance.
• Develop NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk APIs.
• Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and Accounting to automate invoice generation and contract renewals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise business systems with a focus on NetSuite ERP.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite OTC processes (QTC, Billing, AR, Revenue Recognition).
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee) due to export control regulations.
• Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches, and NetSuite integrations via APIs or iPaaS (e.g., Boomi, Workato).
• Experience supporting SOX compliance, audit controls, and financial data governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce–NetSuite integrations.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition processes.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
