Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + commissions

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery and design tailored product demonstrations for manufacturing stakeholders.
- Develop and execute proof-of-concept engagements to validate solution fit for high-value opportunities.
- Respond to RFPs with strategic positioning and technical precision.
- Translate complex operational pain points into scoped solution designs and business cases.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to advance deals and provide technical credibility throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide field intelligence to Product Management to influence the roadmap and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with willingness to travel up to 25% across North America.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting within the manufacturing technology or ERP space.
- Deep working knowledge of Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) or comparable manufacturing ERP systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical sales engagements.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to C-suite executives and operations leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak, Fact-Trak, or APS-ME.
- Background in discrete manufacturing operations (ETO, job-based production).
- Familiarity with BI platforms like Power BI and CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
