What you will do

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and complete systems.
• Operate environmental chambers and advanced test equipment to verify product performance.
• Implement engineering changes and maintain configuration control during the build process.
• Compile and analyze test statistics, failure reports, and non-conformance investigations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members while assisting in the design of jigs and fixtures.
• Maintain line quality and output in accordance with production schedules.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for Canadian government security clearance and Controlled Goods Program access.
• Grade 12 diploma with a recognized community college technician/technologist qualification or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including day, evening, and back shifts.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand-held power tools and overhead cranes.
• Proficiency in basic software applications including word processing and database operation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work from technical diagrams and wiring schematics.
