Focus on owning the entire EE hardware design lifecycle from BOM creation and circuit design to validation and product sustaining.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products.
• Own all aspects of EE hardware design, including BOM creation, circuit/board design, and validation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, and Manufacturing engineers.
• Manage the full "Cradle to Grave" lifecycle from product inception and volume production to customer trials and sustaining.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small design team of hardware engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 12+ years of related experience in hardware engineering.
• Experience with large high-powered SOCs based on advanced silicon and packaging (2D, 2.5D, 3D memories).
• Expertise in high-speed signaling with SerDes rates of 112G+ and PCBs with 1kW+ footprints.
• Proficiency with precision scopes, analyzers, and hardware validation tools.

Nice to have

• Proven experience as a small team lead or technical mentor for high-speed hardware designers.
