What you will do

• Perform planting, pruning, trellising, defoliation, and harvesting of production lots within grow rooms.
• Execute sanitation of grow and trim rooms between production cycles.
• Inspect plants for pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of plant growth stages, environmental conditions, and treatments.
• Support propagation through cloning, transplanting, and early-stage plant care.
• Trim, manicure, and prepare cannabis flowers for packaging following industry quality standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Pemberton, BC
• Strong physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in temperatures ranging from 18°C to 32°C.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and after hours as required.
• Must undergo a medical screening exam due to working in a GMP certified plant.
• Absence of severe allergies to cannabis or plant pollen material.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in an agricultural or horticultural setting.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
