What you will do

• Drive user acquisition for your category in Australia through targeted campaigns and events.
• Build and manage a roster of influencers and creators as a core performance channel.
• Develop high-performing content for paid ads in partnership with the creative team.
• Lead the planning and execution of digital and in-person events to build community buzz.
• Measure marketing effectiveness and use data to refine strategies and scale playbooks.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in consumer or category marketing in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in influencer marketing as a performance channel.
• Experience in developing creative content that drives acquisition at scale.
• Strong background in planning and executing digital and in-person events.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to own end-to-end campaigns and optimize KPIs.
• Adaptable, low-ego mindset comfortable with unstructured challenges.
