What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Lead customer strategy by monitoring and optimizing churn, frequency, engagement, and share of wallet.
• Create and manage multi-channel customer journeys to enhance the overall user experience.
• Drive personalization and increase customer lifetime value using an insights-led approach and continuous testing.
• Collaborate with agile teams to align capability requirements with marketing and finance goals.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to build overall 1:1 marketing capability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of extensive experience in CRM, Digital, or Direct Marketing.
• Proven track record in executing dynamic content, lifecycle, and trigger programs via email and other channels.
• Experience working with large-scale customer databases and complex data sets.
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing analytics and model-based campaign planning.
• Ability to translate customer insights into improved satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
