What you will do

  • Lead the development of annual brand plans and initiatives to deliver budgeted sales, profit, and market share KPIs.
  • Manage budgets and P&L for the colour cosmetics portfolio to ensure ROI and efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate retailer strategy presentations and special project deliverables for key accounts in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Plan and execute omni-channel launch and campaign frameworks to ensure seamless storytelling from awareness to conversion.
  • Oversee a cohesive brand experience across retail environments, digital shelves, social platforms, and influencers.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in marketing.
  • 7+ years of experience in senior brand management or a similar marketing role.
  • Significant background in the beauty industry and mass market/FMCG across grocery, pharmacy, and discount department store channels.
  • Strong analytical, thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia to support the hybrid working model.
